Cancellation policy
We understand that occasionally appointments may need to be cancelled or amended. Please provide us with at least 48 hours notice if you need to amend your appointment. If you wish to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours or less, we will require 50% of the treatment fee. If you do not show for your appointment, we will require 100% of the treatment fee. This amount will be automatically deducted through our system using the payment card stored on your account. No shows and last minute cancellations result in being unable to fill these appointments.
